We have a clear refund policy to ensure customer satisfaction. Here are the conditions under which we offer refunds:

  • Full Refunds: We accept requests for a full refund only for purchases made within 24 hours of the transaction. If you experience issues with our service, we encourage you to contact us within this timeframe.

  • Partial Refunds: For refund requests submitted after 24 hours, we may issue a partial refund based on the subscription usage period if an issue on our end cannot be resolved within 72 hours. In such cases, our OTT SERVICE IPTV support team will reach out to discuss refund options.

Refund Exclusions

Please note that certain reasons do not qualify for a refund:

  • Channel Satisfaction: If a customer is not satisfied with the channel selection, this is not considered a valid reason for a refund. We offer a variety of channels and encourage customers to explore our options before making a purchase.

  • Service Switching: If a customer finds another IPTV service they prefer, this is not grounds for a refund. We aim to provide a quality service that meets our customers’ needs.

  • Unapplied Solutions: If the customer refuses to apply solutions we provide in the event of an issue, we will not issue a refund. Our team is here to assist and resolve issues promptly.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds may take some time to process. Here’s what to expect:

  • Credit Card: Refunds to credit cards are typically processed within 20-31 business days. However, some refunds may take up to 90 days depending on your bank’s policies. We are not responsible for these delays, as we act only as the IPTV service provider, not as the payment provider.

  • Refund Handling: Each refund request will be reviewed, and we strive to issue refunds promptly once the information is verified. We understand that waiting can be frustrating, and we are committed to minimizing any delays.

Streaming Issues

Occasionally, some channels may freeze, buffer, or experience intermittent downtime. While our servers are generally stable, several factors can affect service quality. Temporary issues may arise due to:

  • Internet Connection Fluctuations: The quality of your internet connection can impact our service performance. An unstable connection may cause interruptions.

  • Device Issues: Problems with device configuration or client app settings can also affect streaming quality.

  • Internet Provider Issues: Sometimes, problems may stem from your Internet Service Provider (ISP).

  • Server Maintenance: Our teams perform regular updates and server restarts to ensure optimal performance.

If a user is unable to access their IPTV subscription plan for more than 72 hours due to a server issue or other problem on our end, we will issue a full refund or add the lost time to the subscription along with an additional bonus, which can be negotiated with us.
